Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Quality Fiber and RF ("QFRF," "we," "us," and "our") processes and ships orders placed through our website or otherwise accepted by us. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and any applicable quote, order acknowledgment, invoice, or other written transaction terms. If separate written terms apply to a specific order, those terms control to the extent of any conflict.
1. Order processing
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received or the order is otherwise approved for release, unless a product page, quote, or written communication states a different timeline. Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing may take longer for backordered, special-order, made-to-order, custom, bulk, freight, or export-review orders, or where payment review, address verification, fraud screening, or other order checks are required.
Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. We generally send an order confirmation after purchase and shipping information when the order ships.
2. Shipping methods and carriers
We may use parcel carriers, freight carriers, or other logistics providers based on product size, weight, packaging, destination, service level, and operational needs. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL providers, truck freight providers, or other carriers selected by QFRF or identified in the applicable order documents.
3. Shipping charges
When parcel rates are available through the storefront, shipping charges are generally shown at checkout. Shipping rates may vary based on weight, dimensions, destination, service level, packaging, and carrier pricing.
For oversized, heavy, multi-package, or freight shipments, shipping may need separate review. If additional shipping charges beyond what was originally shown or approved are required, we will contact you for approval before we complete the shipment or charge the added amount.
4. Delivery times and delays
Estimated shipment and delivery dates are estimates only unless QFRF expressly commits in writing to a specific shipment date. Transit times depend on carrier operations, destination, weather, customs, service disruptions, and other factors outside QFRF's reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the time we originally stated, we may provide an updated estimate, offer a substitute if you agree, or offer cancellation or refund as required by law or the applicable transaction terms.
5. Risk of loss
Unless your quote, invoice, order acknowledgment, or other written agreement says otherwise, shipments are made FOB Shipping Point and risk of loss passes when we deliver the goods to the carrier for shipment. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that may apply if QFRF ships the wrong item, ships nonconforming goods, or makes another shipping error.
6. Tracking and delivery monitoring
When tracking information is available, we generally provide it after shipment by email or through the carrier or storefront tools. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking status, making arrangements for receipt, and being available for delivery where required.
7. Freight and large shipments
For palletized, oversized, or freight shipments, you may need to provide delivery-contact information, appointment availability, site-access information, unloading capability, or other logistics details. Liftgate service, inside delivery, residential service, limited-access delivery, or other special handling may require advance coordination and may result in additional charges.
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, lacks required receiving capability, or otherwise causes the failure, additional storage, redelivery, rerouting, or handling charges may apply.
8. International shipping, export laws, and import compliance
International shipping may be available only for selected orders, destinations, or products and may require separate review or quotation.
Orders and shipments are subject to United States export laws, sanctions, and other trade restrictions. We may refuse, hold, or cancel a quote, order, or shipment if we believe it would violate applicable law or our compliance requirements, involve a restricted destination, party, or end use, or require information or approvals that are not provided.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for destination-country import compliance, including permits, product approvals, duties, taxes, brokerage, customs entries, and local legal requirements on the customer's side.
International shipments may also be delayed by export review, sanctions screening, customs clearance, border inspections, or other government processes outside QFRF's control.
9. Shipping address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. QFRF is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Address changes requested after order processing or shipment may not be possible and may result in additional fees.
10. Damaged, lost, or missing shipments
Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. Visible package damage, carton shortages, or freight damage should be noted on the delivery receipt or otherwise documented with the carrier when possible.
Please notify QFRF promptly of any damage, shortage, loss, or delivery issue and provide the order details, photographs, and carrier documents reasonably requested. If a shipment appears lost, missing, or materially delayed, QFRF may assist in starting a carrier trace, investigation, or claim, but the final resolution may depend on carrier records, shipment terms, and the facts of the shipment.
11. Force majeure and external delays
QFRF is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, supply-chain constraints, equipment failures, public-health events, customs delays, government actions, or similar force majeure events.
