This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the QFRF website and related online services. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that we do not control.

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing or shipping address, account credentials, marketing preferences, messages, quote details, project details, files or spreadsheets you upload, and other information you submit to us.
Account and order information. If you create an account or place an order, we may collect login information, order history, product selections, shipping details, invoices, and customer service history.
Payment information. Payments submitted through the online storefront are processed by Shopify and the payment processors active on the site. We do not need to store your full payment card number through the storefront.
Project and quote information. If you ask for pricing, product guidance, or system support, we may collect product interest, SKU or variant details, quantities, site or deployment details, subscriber or unit counts, target timelines, notes, and uploaded files or CSV data.
Information collected automatically. When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, clicks, searches, downloads, referring URLs, landing pages, approximate location derived from IP, and similar usage information.
